Kerri-Ann Simone Munoz is a nonprofit leader, arts administrator, and dance educator with more than a decade of experience in fundraising, program development, and community engagement. From performer to advocate, Kerri-Ann has built a career dedicated to championing artists, expanding access to dance education, and creating opportunities that honor the traditions of the past while inspiring the next generation of dance leaders.
Her leadership has expanded statewide professional development for dance educators, strengthened support for teaching artists and Kâ12 schools, cultivated strategic partnerships, and elevated festivals and initiatives that celebrate the richness and diversity of dance throughout New Jersey. Guided by the belief that dance is a catalyst for education, creativity, and connection, she is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where artists and communities can thrive.
Before relocating to New Jersey, Kerri-Ann founded Simone Says Dance, an after-school dance program in South Florida that partnered with schools and community leaders to bring quality dance education to young people. That entrepreneurial spirit continues to shape her collaborative approach to arts leadership.
Kerri-Ann holds an Associate of Arts in Dance from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Miami International University of Art & Design. She remains committed to ensuring dance continues to be a vibrant, accessible, and valued part of New Jersey's cultural landscape.

Kelly Guerrero is a dancer, choreographer, and arts administrator. She holds a BFA in Dance and Minor in Business from Montclair State University, where she received a Choreographic Excellence award. She has been a guest choreographer for Nacre Dance Group, Somerset County Vocational & Technical High School, and Unbound Dance Collective, and is an artist-in-residence with ARTS By The People.
During her studies, Kelly had the privilege of dancing in works by Stefanie Batten Bland, Jessica DiMauro Marks, Martha Graham, Mark Harootian, Larry Keigwin, Fredrick Earl Mosley, Helen Pickett, and Janice Rosario. She has also performed work by Charles Weidman as a guest artist with Nacre Dance Group. Kelly currently performs with The Moving Architects and H.T. Chen & Dancers, and enjoys supporting other dance artists in her roles as Administrative Coordinator for the Martha Hill Dance Fund and as Associate Director of Dance New Jersey.

Ian Kent (He/Him) is a dancer and choreographer based in Belle Mead, NJ. Kent is currently earning his B.A. in Dance Performance from Rider University where he trains in many ballet, modern, and contemporary artforms. Throughout his first year at Rider, Kent has performed in works by Danielle Mondi and Jessica Rodriguez as well student works by Koy Withers, Marissa Stellato, and Aniky Salima. He is also earning a second major with a B.A. in Arts & Entertainment Industries Management, combining his love for dance with knowledge about nonprofit arts organizations. Kent is very excited to be a part of the Dance New Jersey team and help dancers, teachers, and choreographers around NJ stay connected.
