StretchSource is a wellness and recovery resource for New Jersey's dance community, offering one-to-one assist stretch sessions, private pilates reformer training and a Recovery Suite including cold plunge jacuzzi and infrared sauna. Our customized approach helps improve flexibility, enhance performance, quicken recovery and support longevity - keeping dancers moving strong, balanced, and stage- ready.

The owner and founder of StretchSource, Mara Kimowitz, is the creator of a nationally recognized assisted stretch method for dancers and active individuals. A former professional dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Mark Morris Dance Group, and the Metropolitan Opera, Mara had access to elite wellness and recovery services throughout her career. Inspired by the role these resources played in keeping her strong, mobile, and injury-free, she founded StretchSource to make the same high-level wellness support accessible to dancers and communities of all levels.
