Sarah Weber Gallo is Dance Education Director at Mile Square Theatre in Hoboken, NJ, where she has built a thriving dance academy in service of the community and the professional theatre.  She is currently dancing in her 25th season with the Metropolitan Opera, where she has enjoyed the honor of working with such esteemed world-renowned choreographers and directors as Christopher Wheeldon, Benjamin Millepied, Michael Mayer, Julie Taymor, Mary Zimmerman, Graciela Danielle, André Serban, Robert LePage, Doug Varone, Mark Dendy, and Sean Curran.  In addition to her performing work at the Met, Sarah has a deep history of volunteerism, advocacy, and activism in her decades-long roles as AGMA Union Delegate and dance co-chair of the negotiating committee.  

She is a former Radio City Rockette and holds an M.F.A. in Dance from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and a B.A. in Psychology from Goucher College.  Honors include a New Jersey State Council on the Arts Finalist Award for Choreography (2023), the New York Indie Film Festival Audience Choice Award for her concert film of “The Magic Hour” (2022), the New Jersey Theatre Alliance Award for Excellence in Arts Education (2020), and the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee New Works Award (2016).

Sarah is Resident Choreographer at Mile Square Theatre and Artistic Director of SWG/dancetheatre, and her theatrical and concert dance choreography has been presented nationally and internationally.  She is currently on faculty at Montclair State University, NJCU, and the Joffrey School of Ballet.

Kerri-Ann Simone Munoz is a dance educator, youth enrichment programmer, business professional, and advocate of preserving a culture of inclusiveness in the dance community, with more than 14 years' experience teaching in private dance studios and K-12 public and private schools. She is the founder and Managing Director of the after-school dance academy, Simone Says Dance, based in South Florida, collaborating with community leaders, K-12 administrators, and school-board officials since 2014 to install an introduction to classical dance training into the elementary after-school curriculum. Kerri-Ann trained and performed under several prestigious choreographers and was an influential member and soloist for Olujimi Dance Collective, founded by Artistic Director, Michelle Grant-Murray.  Kerri has an Associate of Arts in Dance Education from Miami-Dade College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Miami International University of Art & Design.

Kelly Guerrero is a freelance dancer, choreographer, and arts administrator. She holds a BFA in Dance and Minor in Business from Montclair State University, where she received a Choreographic Excellence award. Her work has been presented in various festivals in Missouri, New Jersey, and New York. She is currently dancing with The Moving Architects, a NJ/NYC based dance company. Kelly started working with Dance New Jersey in early 2021 as an Intern, and became its Managing Director in 2022.

Amanda Osborne is a senior at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, pursuing a BFA in Dance, a BA in English, and an Ed.M. in K-12 Dance EducaGon. She is from Bridgewater, NJ. On campus, she is involved in Residence Life, Rutgers University Programming AssociaGon, MARK Leadership Conference, Scarlet Ambassador, and Douglass ResidenGal College. She loves volunteering at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center and assisGng with the Dance for Parkinson's and Neuromuscular CondiGons and the Neurodivergent Movement classes Rutgers offers. Amanda is looking forward to learning more about arts administration and the dance community in New Jersey!

Gianna Viola is Dance New Jersey's new Dance Education Intern! Gianna is a current sophomore at Rutgers University pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Mason Gross School of the Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She hopes to be a dance educator herself one day and is thrilled to be on this new journey with Dance New Jersey!

Ava Rakowski (she/her) is a dancer, writer, choreographer, and teacher from Lyndhurst, NJ. Rakowski is earning her BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University where she trains in many contemporary dance forms. During her time at Rutgers, Rakowski has performed in works by Thang Dao, Keerati Jinakunwiphat, Pam Tanowitz, Kun-Yang Lin, Luis A. Lara Malvacias, Ani Javian, and John Evans, as well as many student works. She is also set to graduate this spring with a second major in Journalism and Media Studies, combining her love of movement and writing. In addition to performing, choreographing, and teaching, she aims to help other artists through arts administration and grant writing to help dancers articulate their ideas and bring their work to life.
